This thread is long overdue and will be devoted entirely to the RPG.
So let's start with the story of how it came to be...
In about 2003 I received an email from a guy called Cary Lenehan from Hobart who had read the Parrish series and thought they would adapt well into a RPG. I didn't know Cary, and I wasn't from a gaming background, so I was a little unsure about the whole idea.
As it turned out I was invited to be Guest of Honour at Thylacon not long after (Australian Nat Con held down in Tasmania that year). This gave me an opportunity to meet Cary face to face.
After that meeting I was completely convinced that Cary knew his genre completely and would do a good job, but there were other things to consider and contracts to draw up.
After some more discussion and lots of thinking it over, Cary and Marjorie decided to take the plunge and create their own gaming company. They did this with the help of a small business start up scheme. Hence White Mice Games was born.
The Parrish RPG was actually their second game, and to my delight they sourced some quality fan art (including work by CJ and Neyjour and Cass) to illustrate the box and rule books.
