Thought I'd pop buy, I have a mini Parrish project thing to keep me occupide when i'm not doing studies and stuff, well put it this way, I am awful when it comes to drawing portraits or even cartoons that are life like (just tried so believe me), so I'm working on an Anime Parrish ;D Hopefully you guys know what anime is and don't hate it to much but I'll see if I can get something done and up soon ^_^ althought I'm not to sure o how to draw dreads cartoon style but yeh I'll see what I can get done and hopefully you guys will like it ^_^

its nearly done kinda, gotta add some clothes...yeah clothes would help.....hopefully it'll be finished tonight and because theres like a lack of scanner I'll se if my brothers digi cam well be good enough...hopefully it will be...better be lol /edit OK guys all done www.deviantart.com/deviation/26646377/

Hey Aimee, I like those abs on her - very worthy of Parrish. And her eyes are great. Maybe you could stretch her legs out a little to make her look taller Keep going, I'd love to see more bests Marianne

Hehe yeah I kinda ran out of space in my sketch book for her legs, and from the description I had no clue on 'lime pleats interweaved' so I kinda made it up lol. But anyways I'll see what else I can come up with via the poses in my manga book.

Yes, it's a real pity when 'teachers' are so limited in their outlook. Unfortunately it perpetuates the idea that genre fiction is inferior when in fact it is quite the contary.
You need to educate them with some mainstream crossover genre - like 'A Handmaids Tale' - then they say...'oooh is that science fiction?'
