Ok well, now that I'm here I guess you will all be the first (yes...the first) to actually see these lol. I've never really reveled any of this to anyone before (the second song is about the other half and she doesn't even know about it haha). These are only 2 of many more I've written (I have to get recording gear dag nabbit!) Note: the lyircs are still structured to the muscical score written to them, so apologies if they are hard to read lol. So here goes
The Veil:

Oops. I forgot to state that the veil is actually based on Parrish lol. That's why I put it in the fanfic section haha.

PS: Yes I also write the music as well. I've been dabbling in industrial music atm ('The Veil' using electric guitar with effects being washed through it plus a drum machine), although i'm not really limited to that 'My Dear' is a straight acoustic song with lyrics. I'm also writing a few piano instrumentals etc. Sometimes I'm a little to all over the place. BUT of late I've been more into the high energy blend of rock/metal/electronic music that I like to call 'Cyberock' lol

Those are so cool! I can't write poetry in any form myself, so I always admire people who can. Do you write the music too?
